Mill Creek

Mill Creek consists of eleven tracts ranging from 2.058 to 4.050 acres. The Seven Springs sites are varied in character and include beautiful, soaring hardwoods, rhododendron and mountain laurel, all in abundance.

 

All tracts include one or more of: views of the surrounding mountains, a pristine mountain stream or spring or down-mountain or piedmont views of North Carolina. Each parcel has it’s own character and all are wonderful!

 

Lots are permit-approved for septic and will have both underground electric and telephone (after service is applied for by owner). Roads will receive final paved finishing during Spring of 2006. A title insurance commitment will be provided.
