The Seven Springs

          The Seven Springs along The Blue Ridge Parkway.             Almost Heaven. Always Home.

The Quail Run addition contains ten tracts ranging from 2.167 to 2.691 acres. The Seven Springs sites are varied in character and include beautiful, soaring hardwoods, rhododendron and mountain laurel, all in abundance.

 

Pristine mountain streams flow across many of the tracts within The Seven Springs. One site features a stream that runs the entire length. A few tracts front on and have direct access to the famous Blue Ridge Parkway as well as the interior cul-de-sac road.

 

All tracts include one or more of: views of the surrounding mountains, a pristine mountain stream or spring or down-mountain or piedmont views of North Carolina. Each parcel has it’s own character and all are wonderful!

 

Lots are permit-approved for septic and will have both underground electric and telephone (after service is applied for by owner). Roads will receive final paved finishing during Spring of 06’. A title insurance commitment will be provided.
